Tests
It depends on the test. Tests like Lipid Profile and Fasting Blood Sugar require 10-12 hours of fasting. However, tests like CBC and Thyroid Profile do not require fasting. Please check the test details or consult our staff for specific requirements.
Reports
Log in to your patient dashboard and go to "My Reports" section. You can view and download your reports in PDF format. Reports are usually available within the specified turnaround time for each test.
Report turnaround time varies by test. Routine blood tests are usually ready within 4-8 hours. Imaging reports take 24-48 hours. Health package reports may take up to 72 hours. Check individual test details for specific timelines.
Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and net banking. Payment can be made at the time of booking or at the center.
Services
Yes, we offer home sample collection services in select cities. You can opt for home collection while booking your test online. Additional charges may apply based on your location.
